Still needed: electrical, air conditioning, remaining 2nd floor.
To complete Phase 1: USD $50,000

Phase 2 – Container Housing
Up to 10 units (20ft/40ft).
Estimated: USD $100,000

Phase 3 – New Church Building
Worship hall + classrooms.
Estimated: USD $150,000

Total building cost: USD $330,000

Down payment: 10%
Monthly payment: USD $5,000 x 12 months (since August 1, 2025)
One month paid in advance

Mortgage payoff date: August 1, 2026
Remaining balance to pay off: USD $232,000
