Help people in need and share the love of Christ. God is Love, and our purpose is to serve God by serving others, and by such draw the world to him.
Refocus our lives to pursue an intimate relationship with our heavenly Father.
Identify our gifts and talents from God through serving in various short-term mission capacities.
Save souls by praying for, serving and loving others. May the Holy Spirit be our coach in all our efforts.
Tell others about God’s salvation and pass the Gospel on.
We are MOTIVATED BY GOD’S LOVE: We aim to put our faith into action by leading others to know God and His salvation. No one has ever seen God, but if we love one another, God lives in us, and His agape love shows through us.
We are GOSPEL CENTERED: Everything that we do - from planning and preparing for mission trips, to actual field work, to evaluating the outcome - is driven by LOVE, from God, for God, and for our neighbors. We are grounded in our relationship with Jesus Christ and adherence to the scriptures.
We are FIELD DRIVEN: We believe that the work of Mexicali short-term missions should be a direct response to the needs of the mission field. Areas of need are identified, and a plan of action is set in place to enable team members to utilize their gifts and talents in meeting those needs.
We are committed to NURTURING RELATIONSHIPS: We value the relationships formed with the Global Mission Church and her members, missionaries, team members, prayer warriors, volunteers, and other mission organizations/Churches who, by working together, can empower each other to impact the world for Jesus Christ. Without such relationships, we would be stifling opportunities for essential mutual encouragement, growth, support, and learning.
We are SERVANTS: With Christ, who came to serve rather than to be served, as our model, we strive with Christian joy to reflect His attitude of love and servanthood. We always seek to put the needs of others before our own, both as individuals and as an organization.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16, NIV)
